5. Payment Terms

Paid features are billed as described on our pricing page. All payments are processed by Stripe. Refunds may be issued at our discretion.

  • Pay-per-use: Charged per analysis
  • Subscriptions: Billed monthly, can be canceled anytime
  • Lifetime: One-time payment for unlimited access

6. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the documents you upload. We claim no ownership of your content. The Service, including its design, features, and code, remains our intellectual property.

7. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
